Are piranhas legal in Illinois?

10-3A-4: KEEPING CERTAIN ANIMALS PROHIBITED: A. Livestock, Wild Or Dangerous Animals: It shall be unlawful to keep any dangerous or wild animals including, but not limited to: live swine, pigs, horses, ponies, mules, donkeys, cows, calves, sheep, lambs or goats in the village. It shall further be unlawful for any person to have, keep, maintain or have in his possession or under his control, within the village, any poisonous reptile or serpent, or any other dangerous or carnivorous wild animal or reptile, or vicious or dangerous domesticated animal or any of the following animals or reptiles: baboons, chimpanzees, gibbons, gorillas, orangutans, siamangs, bears, cheetahs, crocodilians twelve inches (12") or larger, constrictor snakes, coyotes, foxes, hyenas, jaguars, leopards, lions, lynxes, ocelots, margays, piranha fish, pumas, raccoons, tigers and wolves. This shall not apply to circuses when properly licensed by village officials.
